Shur’tugal is extremely excited to announce our trip to Los Angeles, California for this year’s Book Expo America. Book Expo America is the largest book expo in the world, bringing together the world’s biggest publishers, book distributors, authors, and the like to debut the newest and best in the book industry. This year (as he did in 2006), Christopher Paolini will be making an appearance himself at the expo to promote Brisingr.
Our trip to Book Expo America will begin this Friday, May 30th, with the majority of our Book Expo events happening on Saturday, May 31st. This year we will be blogging live via Twitter on Shur’tugal from the beginning of the trip to the end so that those of you who wish to follow our happenings live will be able to do so. We will also be posting trip reports, video, and audio on the website. We’re also incredibly excited to announce the return of Shurtycast, our on-hiatus podcast – a big hit with site fans.
Our trip will continue as we fly to San Fransisco, California early Sunday morning (June 1st) to see what all the buzz is about with Ridersmap.com and Ridersflight.com. If there’s anything to report back, which we have a feeling there will be, you’ll be able to find it here on the site as we blog live and bring you reports, photos, and more.
