Igualda Falls

The Anora River flows through the Spine and leaps off of a slate ledge of Narnmor Mountain [1] and dives over half a mile down the mossy cliff creating the Igualda Falls. The base of the Falls marks the northern boundary of Palancar Valley. [2] Carvahall is located nearby and can be seen from the edge of the cliff.
Ismira, Sloan’s wife, slipped and fell to her death here, inspiring his hatred for the Spine. [3] This is also where Roran convinced the Carvahall Villagers to send their children to keep them safe during the siege by the Ra'zac—much to Sloan’s dismay. [4]
