    I just preordered this off of the Chapters website. Right now they have a 34% off deal if you pre-order this book. With shipping, it came out to around $26 so if you live in Canada (like me), I suggest you get it off of Chapters. I can’t wait until November 8th!!

    Kinda expensive for normal kindle and nook books. you’d think that because they don’t need to print the book it would cost less, oh well – I’m sure it will be available free in .pdf form a day after release. However I will likely buy it anyway, as I bought 2 of the three in print form previously and read the second in a library. I still think an ebook over 9.99 new is unjustifiable, even the conclusion of a series as interesting as this was.

    Hey Mike, seeing as you know about the editing process do you think that Inheritance is finished and edited for them to have released the release date? Or do you think the editing is in progress now?

      It’s already available for Pre-order on Amazon. So I assume it would arrive the same day as if you ordered only Inheritance.

      when i pre-ordered brisingr, i got it the same day it came out, so i would have thought it would be the same for this.

    • Amazon has always shipped items to arrive on the day they release for me. I’ve pre-ordered *many* books, games, and movies from them and always get them the day they release.

      It depends on what shipping option you choose. Mine will come a couple of days after it is released.

    When you preorder, does the money go out when you place the preorder or when the item is shipped? I may wait to see before preordering anyway, when Brisingr was released there were posters available with preorders in Waterstones and I don’t want to miss out on any goodies :D.

    • You can always cancel for a full refund any time before the release date.
