As we’re sure many of you have noticed, our server problems have become far worse than we originally believed. While we had hoped the problem was only the hard drive failure, after replacing the drive and restoring the data, we ran into serious load balance issues, as many of you may have noticed when trying to view the site over the weekend and Monday.
To this end, Shur’tugal has moved onto a completely new server, and we are working to bring all the data over as we speak. The main site is coming fully online as we…type…, and the subsites, including Shurtugal Fan Fiction, Inheritance Forums, Shurtugal Chat, etc., will continue to come online over the next 48 hours. Again, we thank you for your patience and assure you that we want this over as much as you do, if not more.
Unfortunately, one of the main problems seems to be related to spam in our site’s news comments (being done by spam bots), so until we can solve this, comments have been disabled.
